How We Work
Schedule a ‘discovery’ call or meeting to get your event brief.
Conduct a detailed search and recommend a selection of venues. Each client will have a preferred way to work but we can send proposals including photos, room layout options and location maps.
If preferred, we can arrange site visits (viewing appointments) and are happy to accompany you.
Once a venue is chosen, we help negotiate room hire, day delegate rates and other hidden costs, to ensure you get the best deal.
Event Management
We’re also well accomplished in the field of event management. If you prefer to outsource the workload, we can do it all!
Fees
We can either offer a one-off project management fee determined by the size and scope of the event, or we can work on a chargeable day rate basis.
